Safety Manager


This role is a management function that reports directly to RDP General Manager with dotted line to Sr. VP Technology & Operations.  In addition to the detailed tasks below, this position is tasked primarily with Safety Culture Transformation across the board RDP to create safety leadership, safety competency development/assessment program and minimize incident rate.

Main Tasks:

  • Manage and ensure all work is planned with sound safety regulations in the fore focus
  • Daily safety inspections and monthly reports.
  • Safety meetings with management and all employees
  • Ensure all equipment are used according to its own safe operating envelop set by OEM
  • Issue safety work permits on site
  • Incident and accident investigation, Site toolbox talks
  • Ensure site is safe and necessary safety signs in place
  • Ensure safety of all employees at site with all vehicle inspections done daily
  • Ensure all risk assessments is in place and carried out proactively
  • Barricade of workplace
  • Ensuring all safety files, records, satistics and documentation up to date
  • All Electrical equipment is up to safety standards.
  • All electrical rooms and entrances and exits are marked.
  • All equipment are labeled or numbered.
  • All fire extinguishers are tested and up to date.
  • All first aid kits are full, current and according to standards
  • Weekly safety site inspections
  • All maintenance and repairs done at accommodation site



Assist the Finance and IT Departments in collecting over-due invoices.


  • Aggressive in following up on all over-due invoices (more than 30 days un-paid) with all clients kingdom wide.
  • Works closely with Finance Department in understanding which invoices are due.
  • Works closely with IT Department in understanding the history with these clients who are not paying on time.
  • Finding the right people within clients to follow up with them on payments.
  • Finding the right decision makers within clients to follow up with them on payments.
  • Make a DB for all clients who are late in payments.
  • Make daily follow up plans with these clients.
  • Weekly reports to Finance Department and cc to ITDepartment.



Assist & Support BDMs and Pre-Sales in their daily work.


  • Make a DB for all existing partners and recruiting agents.
  • Grow the above list. Need recruiters from different continents.
  • Make a DB o f all CVs we have.
  • Find smart ways to recruit Saudi resources.
  • Find smart ways to recruit experienced international resources.
  • Share the client requirements (job description) with partners andrecruiters. (This applies for our T/M projects)
  • Share the ABA pre-Sales requirements (job description) with ABA’spartners and recruiters. (This applies for our lump sum projects).
  • Communicate with both clients/pre-sales and our partners/recruitingagents on the progress of CV search/filtering.
  • Account ownership of recruitment web sites.
  • Grow the list of on-line recruiters (,, etc).
  • Initial screening of CVs received.
  • Full A to Z responsibility of recruiting till the resource gets “on board”.
  • Monthly consultants list.
  • Answer telephone calls and handle conversations in a professionalmanner.
  • Coordinate and Support the day-to-day operations/activities of ITServices.
  • Any other tasks given by the Group IT Director.

Solution Architect


Mainly responsible for the overall design of the SAP ERP solutions and mapping of the business requirements to systems/technical requirements.


  • Full engagement with the customer in the pre-sales cycle to support the BDMs including understanding the needs, conducting presentations/demos and building the technical proposal.
  • Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements.
  • Complete and co-implement a configuration workbook.
  • Works as a team lead to design the ABA solution proposal to customers (clients, prospects and suspects) and ensure quality internal and external client-oriented documentation in accordance to the RFP/ RFI.
  • Good knowledge on S4/HANA technology for green field implementations and also good knowledge on migration projects from ECC6 to S4/HANA.
  • Good knowledge on SAP CLOUD Solutions (SF, ARIBA).
  • Provide end to end solution and design details.
  • Lead development of formalized solution methodologies.
  • Build and maintain repository for deliverables, methodologies, and businessdevelopment documents.
  • Provide expertise to identify and translate system requirements into software design documentation.
  • Oversee aspects of project life cycle, from initial kickoff through requirements analysis, design and implementation phases for projects within the solution area.
  • Provide quality assurance for services within the solution area.
  • Write, or direct the writing of white papers that add further insight and thoughtin the solution area.
  • Technically evaluate candidates (consultants) for projects and conductsinterviews with them.
  • Any other tasks given by the Group IT Director

Account Executive

Primary Tasks:

  • Business Development (SAP Licenses/Services & other IT Technologies) with net new names.
  • Manage and monitor project execution progress of assigned accounts in cooperation with the delivery and project managers.
  • Ensure that the required quality standards and customer relationships are maintained.
  • Ensure sales targets are met in order to be entitled to bonus/commission.
  • Activity & Pipeline Reporting


  • Acts as Market / Sales champion – by Generating new leads, cold calls with net new names.
  • Maintain excellent relationship with SAP (especially AEs and Partner Managers) and with other IT partners/vendors.
  • Working actively with Presales in setting the stage right for any presentation/demo.
  • Maintain professional and high level customer service and satisfaction at all times.
  • Account relationship management (with won net new names) & new customer relationship.
  • As Account Manager, Monitoring project progress and performance on a lower level.
  • Initiate, develop and execute Marketing strategies to achieve the goal
  • Be top on Bids and ensure Bids and proposals are submitted on time
  • Follow up on the proposals submitted
  • Provide assistance and guidance to presales and team members
  • Ensure that the quality of work is maintained on the projects and liaise with Delivery and project managers
  • Understanding your accounts: set up, org structure, IT/SAP setup, needs, budget
  • Ensure that invoicing for customer is done on time and follow-ups on payment
  • Perform Tele-sales and move forward when an opportunity is identified
  • Adopting a team approach; work with others in pursuing common goals in the best interest of the company
  • Adherence to work hours (sign in and sign out)
  • Answer telephone calls and handle conversations in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate and Support the day-to-day operations/activities of IT Services.
  • All other duties as delegated by Group IT Director
