Meta interior cladding allows operators to maximize production and profitability by providing the flexibility to produce wherever and whenever they want. Installing a horizontal casing/liner below an existing casing is a major challenge for all operators dealing with old wells and trying to maintain some residual flexibility for the future. Meta TM’s internal cladding solution addresses these issues while improving well productivity with the world’s first rig-less “fabric by cladding” rig-less casing system. The field-proven Meta TM interior cladding allows identical casings to be installed below existing ones, without making significant shape reductions, restoring well integrity and enabling production to be returned to full capacity. It Is highly effective in challenging well environments where the flexibility of the tool allows the inner lining to pass through highly skewed sections of the well. The ability to isolate defined areas without significant identity restrictions eliminates “upward” production restrictions and allows operators to preserve well entrance for future interventions. Reduce cost and simplify casing repair with casing reconnection. Allows operators to replace a damaged or stuck casing by cutting off the original damaged casing and placing a reconnecting casing. Metal-to-metal technology reconnects the existing casing with the new casing in order to create an elevated coaxial connection. The V0 ISO14310 certified hitch liner system enables operators to chain link their liners from the back casing with a fully axial bearing, metal-to-metal sealing bearing.
